Reckon this topic needs a Poll!
So what do you think is the most important Warehouse KPI. We'll make this one multiple choice, becuase I reckon if we alow only one, we'll all pick the same. So just pick the THREE you think most important. As it is multiple choice, the % figures will add up to more than 100 ok :-)) Loggie

I agreee, I think a cost per unit of some type (case, Pallet etc) would have to be the number 1.
