I have been looking around, and a warehouse the size of 26,000 square metres in premises looks reasonable. eXcluding the parking area.
With the parking area 45000 sq m.
So total area 45000 sq m and inside of the warehouse 26000 sq m.
    Sound ok?

And 100 units per pallet for all products?
And 50 units per pallet for bats.
26,000 sq mtrs equates to 280,000 sq ft, that should equate to based on a 1200 x 1000 mm pallet to approximately 30,000 pallet locations.
(taking into account wide aisle racking configuration with an 8ft turning circle clearance between each rack for FLT's)

And basing your pallet configuration to 100 and 50, this should then be based on the Cricker Ball analysis.

78000 demand qtr divided by 100 pallet configuration = 780 pallets multiplied by 30 products = 23,400 pallets, this would make your warehouse always 78% full just to service basic demand without deviation or safety stock.

    Does all this help you?
