Default chilled transport

I am having troubles with getting my chilled product around Australia and keeping it cool to the end point, main problem areas in Nth Qld and NT, value of product not high so don't want to spend too much on packaging, ideas please?

Get a bloody big esky (chiller box) mate :-)))) Seriously though this is a real problem in hot countries. Amazing the number of companies that don't comply with cold chain needs.

There is some fairly cheap cardboard packaging around I think, that relies on putting chiller blocks inside. I'll see what I can find out.

thanks for explaining what an esky is, (not that much of a novice actually). But the solution needs to be validated to keep the temp say between 2-8C for 24 hours in the Aussie temps that is the problem, some people have told me to increase the wall thickness in the esky but that just increases my freight bill due to cubic problems, look forward to your suggestions
