Default Pricing for supply chain consultant

We are thinking of bringing in Ollie Wight to train us on S&OP best practices - any idea how much this might cost us?

Thanks!
KC

KC,

I am not sure on the cost, perhaps some other members can offer advice on this.

What I can do for you is send you a 43 page pdf, written by another consultancy firm on S&OP Best Practice, this will offer you a building block to what Ollie Wight will show you and may actually help you to prepare and reduce the training time needed, and reduce the cost of the consultancy.

The document is very comprehensive, and covers all aspects from design, through implementation to maintainance and continuinity. It will help you.

I have sent you a private message with my email address, send me an email so that I can have your address and I will send the document back by return.

Hope this helps.

SJ

KC,

I have no direct experience with Ollie Wight, though they have a good reputation in the field.

Similar companies have charged in the region of US$40k for the training and mentoring/assistance during implementation. All depends on yiour soecific needs though.

What part of the World are you in?
