Guys,

Do any of you have experience in managing a direct chilled food supply chain?

I am looking for any examples of what has worked and what has happened.

if you had a central distribution centre, but food was delivered direct to a outlet how did you account for the inventory?

How did the invoice processing process work?

What metrics could be used to monitor the supply chain deliverables?

Any examples would be most welcome.
