Guys,

I am starting a new role with another company, I am employed as their Development manager, I want to implement a continuous improvement programme into the company culture, to include kaizen generation, VSM and Process mapping.

Can any body tell me where I can get some really good Kaizen templates from?

Also if it were you in my position, and were going to make the implementation, where would you start?

Any advice given would be most greatful

I hope appying a 6 sigma tools will help you to improve any process...Dell call it as Business Process Improvement(BPI)
