What do you think are the top priorities in impleeting a new warehouse operation? Assume it is a new build.
IT Good overall project management. Selection of equipment. ...... IT always seems to be No1 in conversation. Just curious about the other top ones? Maybe we need a poll? Not sure how to do one yet :-( |

I vote for Project Management,having been involved in implementations that have been managed, or mismanaged, by teams from different sections of the company and others driven by a single strong Project Manager-the latter wins everytime in cost and speed of implementation and end results.
