For a company supplying grocery retail, what would you say is an acceptable DIFOT level to acheive? (Delivery In Full On Time).

I am sure there are different expectations in various countries and by various retailers. IMHO, at least in Western countries, servicing major retailers, that the minimum is probably above 99%, say 99.7%.

Definately something above 99%.
