• We would have infinite amounts of accurate historical spend data at hand, that we could easily slice and dice any way we wanted.
  
• We would have a contracts database that contained "all" not most scanned contracts with correct summaries. The database would be completely up to date and be able to provide reporting on expiring contracts or renewals well before they are due.
  
• Supply Chain Strategies would be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the year (not in the 2nd Qtr).

Buyers would consult with Supply Chain before buying their next WOW product to gain a true delivered cost of their proposed purchase

Buyers would use existing aged stock before buying the next million mechanical pencils
