As part of continual improvement program in an organization , yearly KPI target are review and set . Actual results are updated and monitored against plan target monthly . Deviation or Non performance investigated and remedial action implemented . I would name a few here and should there be more areas forum members can add on .
1. Supplier Delivery Performance - On Time Delivery ( Purchase item ) 2. Supplier Quality Performance - Product Quality 3. On time delivery to customer - Include 3PL 4. Customer complaint - Logistic Problem 5. Inventory Accuracy - Include 3PL 6. Damage Item - Include 3PL 7. Customer Service |

I would also consider Supplier In Full metric, the ability of your supplier to deliver his order in it's entirety. Also perhaps for consideration could be Supplier Acknowledgement, both On Time ans Quality, for example, if their SLA dictates PO Ack with 2 days, how often is this breached, also does the PO Ack give any re-scheduling information, for example, PO delivery date cannot be met but this date can be. Yep , totally agree . prompt PO acknowledgement on acceptance of delivery qty and date to facilitate planning and scheduling . Also a requirement under ISO . Maybe can term it as Supplier Responsiveness . Tks

Damage Item - Include 3PL 7. Customer Service Adding : 8. On Time Booking Creation This KPI is very useful for evaluate booking performance index if we use 3PL 9. On Time Factory Out This KPI is useful for evaluate warehouse performance index in loading goods to contianer and the most important thing is ON TIME DELIVERY. There are 2 type of OTD INdex. OTD and OTD1 OTD is related with how company performance in Delivering the order in reaching customer satisfaction, while OTD1 is related with how company can fill the order (relates with Production Performance).... |
