There are numerous Supply Chain recruitment agencies, I would approach them.

To find them I suggest Google a search for 'Supply Chain Recruitment Agencies'

If you are outside of the UK, then I suggest that you add into your search criteria the continent that you are on, for example...
'Supply Chain Recruitment Agencies Asia'

Any of these agencies will allow you to register your roles with them and will start selecting candidates for you to screen.

CII-logistic ( Confidaration of Indian Industry).. or IIMM ( Indian Institute of Material Management) ... these are two bodies which mainly deal in supply chian management in India

I hope if any one approches these bodies may get or find the good talent pool...
