Looking through the threads it seems that focus is very much on reducing costs. Why not have a separate heading to pull together threads to do with WMS, LMS and KPIs and using systems to maximise productivity and reduce costs?

Not a bad idea. Initially we had a lot more topics, but combined them. As the board fills with threads, we may indeed add more topic areas.
