New SC manager here
I took on a new roll Jan 4 2010 as the SC manager for a company that employs about 130 people and does about 20mm in revenue. There are currently 3 manufacturing sites and 2 offsite warehouses with a 4th manufacturing site in development.
I have been involved in SC for about 12 years but have never been responsible for all aspects of supply chain especially at this level.
I use forums for my personal interests so this will be the first professional use. Looking forward to future discussions and reading about other peoples experiences.
