I am suresh kumar from India. I am glad to join this group. I have recently completed my Masters in Industrial Engineering, where I got the opportunity to study Supply Chain Management, which encouraged me to learn more in this area. I have done me Master's Project in Inventory Mangement (PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS PUSH, PULL AND HYBRID PRODUCTION SYSTEM). I am very much eager to work in this area and enhance my knowledge. Looking forward learn more about SCM through this forum and and get som assistance to find job in SCM.

I am suresh,I have recently completed my Masters in Industrial Engineering. I have done my project in Inventory Management titled as "PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF PUSH, PULL AND HYBRID PRODUCTION SYSTEMS" brief dscription about hte project is given below.

Title : Performance Evaluation of Push, Pull and Hybrid
Production System- A Simulation approach.

Description : The objective of the study is to analyze the
performance of push pull and hybrid production
system with respect to performance measures
such as service level, total system cost,
throughput time, total delivery lead time etc.
under different circumstances such as varying
demand levels, varying demand uncertainty.

Conclusion : This study suggests circumstances under which
each system will be efficient.

This study also determines the best strategy
among the three system for a given production
system.

Arena simulation software is used for building the
models.
